Rental Trailer

New for 2009 is the addition of a rental trailer.
  This trailer sleeps four and has a screen porch attached.

Rental Trailer Rates:

Nightly - $90.00 per night (minimum two nights)

Weekly - $499.00

(all rates are subject to 9% NH Meals & Rental Tax)

RENTAL POLICIES
In addition to the standard campground rules and policies, the following apply to on-site rentals:

• A two (2) night minimum is required (3 night minimum holiday weekends).
• A deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of making the reservation.  100% deposit for stays of 2-6 nights.  50% deposit is required for 7+ nights.
• CANCELLATIONS more than 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.  A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds for cancellations 7-30 days prior to check-in.  Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are not eligible for refund.  If you depart early you are not entitled to a refund.
• Trailer rentals are subject to 9% New Hampshire Meals and Rental Tax.
• $100 Cash Security/Cleaning Deposit is due at check-in for the rental trailer.  Deposit is refunded within 7 days of check out subject to inspection of rental trailer.   
• Rental Fee is for one family (parents and unmarried children living at home) or 4 adults. 
• CHECK IN TIME is 4:00 p.m. for rental trailer.
• CHECK OUT TIME is 10:00 a.m. for rental trailer
• No smoking or pets will be allowed in the rental trailer
• Tents or other RV’s are not allowed on rental sites.
• You must provide your own linens.  The rental trailer has two queen size beds.  
• Forms of payment – we take VISA, Master Card, and Cash (bank checks or money orders accepted for deposits mailed to campground).
